How quickly can you help me?
Most remote issues are fixed within the hour. For home and office visits, we offer same-day appointments wherever possible — and we'll always give you an accurate arrival window, not an "8am to 6pm" guess.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the job — a quick remote fix costs far less than an on-site visit or ongoing business support. We give you a clear, exact quote upfront before any work starts, with no hidden charges. And with our no fix, no fee promise, you only pay when your problem is solved.
What if you can't fix my problem?
Then you pay nothing. Our "no fix, no fee" promise means you only pay when your problem is actually solved.
Can you really fix things remotely?
Yes — around 70% of issues (slow computers, software problems, email issues, virus removal) can be fixed via a secure remote connection. You watch everything we do on your screen, and the connection closes completely when we're done.
Do I need a contract for business support?
No long lock-ins. You can call us on a one-off basis whenever you need help, or set up ongoing support on a rolling monthly basis that you can cancel any time.
Is my data safe with you?
Absolutely. We're fully GDPR compliant, DBS checked, and insured. We never copy or access your personal files beyond what's needed to fix the problem, and we'll happily sign an NDA for business clients.
